Can't get ap to work without it. Please help. ### 1/5 — Registration is impossible *2016-02-16* I've been working on trying to register for more than hour and keep running into problems. Don't know if I will ever get to use app. The device is not user friendly so expectations of app are low. ### 1/5 — Terrible - will be returning device as well *2015-08-30* The purpose for me buying this, was so I could sync seamlessly with HealthKit and record the health data. You can't register, so this app is completely useless! You put in your cell number so a captcha can be sent to you, for verification (which doesn't really make sense to begin with) and the captcha is never sent to you. It's impossible to get past the registration step without this. I will be returning the device as well, as this was the main reason I purchased from Contec. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2015-08-19* I can't even get past the verification step of the registration because they won't send the captcha, and there is absolutely no app support. Reinstalled this app, now unable to connect Bluetooth to it. It reads the ECG but it doesn’t connect anywhere. Also the QR Reader won't scan the code on my product box at all. This is a $50 piece of equipment with a useless app. The invisible "button" at the log in screen that asks to scan the QR code says "click hear" instead of "click here". I was able to register, and now the app seems fully functional. The first problem is that you can't leave the app to check the captcha text, or it restarts completely. When I got back in the same captcha still worked, so that's just inconvenient. Once you submit, it tells you the password is the last 6 digits of the phone number. What it doesn't tell you: the 10 digit phone number is your USERNAME. You probably won't be able to complete registration, but now you can log in with the phone number as username.
