When you use this app, it says again that the data is missing and it won’t be able to process the image. Can you fix this bug? It has been a couple days when a person purchases your product and you miss a couple days. You should reimburse them.

I try uploading a picture i have from online but it keeps saying the data is missing. What is going on

**Developer response:** Hi! Thanks for reporting this issue. We've identified the problem with certain downloaded images and have already fixed it in our next update coming soon.
For now, you can try:
Taking a photo directly with your camera instead of using downloaded images
If you must use a downloaded image, try taking a screenshot of it first.
The fix will automatically solve the problem in the next version. Thanks for your patience!
