3 times I have dined inside and showed the app barcode to earn points.

3 times it didn’t work at all even after several attempts. It’s clear the app is bogus and does not allow for point redemption whatsoever…..

The app lets you pick delivery even if the individual restaurant doesn’t allow delivery through the Pho Hoa app. I picked delivery, I was charged the $4.99 delivery fee, and then my food sat for an hour. 

I ended up picked up the food myself and was told by the restaurant that they can’t refund the delivery fee.

I love this place. The app works great and offers specials, the place is super cute and clean and the people are really sweet. The food has always been great. I probably eat here once a week- it’s the one thing I know I’ll miss when I move.
