## What is Phoenix Fire Watch?

Prove every patrol, never miss a round, clock your team in and out, and hand clients a signed shift report in minutes.

Phoenix Fire Watch is built for fire watch and security patrol companies that need reliable, verifiable records. Officers log rounds from their phones, admins manage the team and the weekly schedule, and everything syncs live with the web dashboard.

TIME-STAMPED PATROL LOGS
Record each patrol with date, time, officer, areas covered, and a Clear, Follow-up, or Incident status. Add notes and up to five live camera photos. Each photo is stamped with the time, property, and officer for credible proof of presence.

ON-SITE LOCATION CHECK
Turn on a geofence for any property and patrols can only be logged from inside the area you draw on the map. Each patrol records where it was logged, so supervisors know rounds really happened on site.

TIME CLOCK
Officers clock in and out with one tap, and see their hours for the week and past shifts. Times are recorded by the server for an accurate record.

PATROL TIMERS THAT KEEP YOU ON SCHEDULE
Each property has its own repeating patrol timer. Officers get an alert five minutes before every patrol is due, delivered to the lock screen even when the app is closed. Admins set intervals from 15 minutes to 12 hours.

WEEKLY SHIFT SCHEDULE
Plan the week, Monday through Sunday, by property. Assign day, night, or custom shifts, and let officers see where they need to be.

SITE PHOTOS
Add a photo of each building so officers recognize the site at a glance.

FIELD GUIDE FOR NEW OFFICERS
New officers read and acknowledge your field guide before their first shift, and can re-read it any time. Admins see who has acknowledged it.

SIGNED PDF SHIFT REPORTS
Generate branded PDF reports grouped into 24-hour fire watch sessions, complete with officer e-signatures and photo pages. Share them by email or the share sheet for compliance reviews, client requests, and inspections.

WORKS OFFLINE
Basements, stairwells, and job sites don't always have signal. Patrols, photos, and notes save on the phone and upload automatically when the connection returns.

TEAM MANAGEMENT AND WATCH NOTES
Admins create officer logins, reset passwords, and deactivate accounts. Shared watch notes keep shift handoffs clean across the team and the web dashboard.

PRIVACY AND DATA CONTROL
Delete your account or organization directly in the app, and set optional data retention periods to match your company's policies.

No subscriptions. No in-app purchases. Just dependable tools for running professional fire watch and patrol shifts.
