App keeps sending calls to the incident tab and after returning to shift I find 30-60 calls in the incident tab. Second issue, is I am unable to select all or swipe to delete which is annoying. You have to go into each call and select delete and back out for it to be deleted. This app has become a hinderance and will just delete it and stick with Pulse Point. ### 3/5 — Deleting former notifications *2024-06-24, version 4.5* The app is almost perfect in my opinion. What needs to be added is either a delete former notification by X amount of days, a swipe to delete, a check box to delete, or some sort. Think about it for security reasons that until deleted these are still showing old information l, and a long process to delete many notifications when you account for more than one unit. ### 3/5 — Gps mapping needs work *2024-05-15, version 4.4* Too often when you try to navigate to the location of a call it goes to a general area instead the actual location the call is coming from. Can you all please update it to be more precise. Make it so we can delete items in bulk and not one by one. The app doesn’t seem to set off tone on Apple iPhone when connected to watch. Secondly, I wish there was an option to customize alerting tones. That drives me crazy! It’s just one long tone. I’ve used other alerting Fire apps and they’ve all been customizable. Come on now. Just frustrating that you’re not able to customize your tone. It would be nice to adjust to a longer tone or louder tone as it is very short and quiet. Secondly it would be nice to be able to add in a repeat notification feature. As you can set it to repeat the alarm until acknowledged. Last it has an issue upon being connected to an smart watch as it won’t make sound when connected or notifications don’t pop up. App has potential. Some calls go through and others don’t at all or maybe 30 minutes later they do. The whole point was to not have to carry the radio around the station. ### 1/5 — Not working for IOS 26.2 *2026-01-18, version 4.7* Don’t update your iPhone to IOS 26.2 it won’t work anymore ### 1/5 — Fix the App – It’s Unacceptable This Doesn’t Work Properly *2025-07-18, version 4.5* It’s absolutely infuriating that an application costing hundreds of thousands of dollars is still unreliable, glitchy, and not fully functional—especially when it’s designed for first responders. If you’re going to roll out a critical tool like this, either do it right or don’t do it at all. The fact that it still doesn’t properly integrate with Apple Watch is just another example of how half-baked this rollout is. This isn’t a casual app—it’s something people are supposed to depend on in emergencies. If it doesn’t alert properly, or if it bugs out when it matters most, then it’s not just useless—it’s dangerous. Maybe someone over there can get off their hands and actually do their job. It’s long past time to put in the work and push out a real update that fixes the bugs, ensures proper Apple Watch compatibility, and makes this system stable and reliable. That’s the bare minimum anyone should expect from software that plays a role in saving lives. ### 1/5 — Does not work properly on iOS 18 *2024-11-26, version 4.5* When you receive a notification on the lock screen or notification center if you click on it, it will open up in the app and it will make the alert tone. The only time it would make the alert tone before iOS 18 was when you received the initial call, not when you open the app. We do not need to hear the tone again when you open the app after clicking the notification. This occurred when I upgraded to iOS 18. Please fix this. ### 1/5 — iOS 18? *2024-09-26, version 4.5* Does not work anymore after update for iOS18 was done. Best in class *2019-09-27, version 3.0* This application interfaces directly with the Phoenix G2 Fire station alerting system and the city CAD. There is no middleware. The APP is often faster than the city’s network to the stations. The functions are clear and easy to use and is configurable to only receive the dispatches I want to receive. The mapping “simply works” and is LAT/Long based to eliminate errors. ### 5/5 — Kfly *2017-12-17, version 1.26* This app has been great! There are 7 rigs in my house, it is nice to use the app so every time the tones go off I don’t drop everything unless it’s for the rig I’m driving!
