Would not use again. ### 2/5 — Had to cancel my taxi *2022-12-09, version 34.0.17* Pre booked a taxi a few hours earlier, called 30 mins before to ask if the taxi was on its way (because the app showed 0 taxis in my city and i’d read a lot of reviews about the taxis being late), operator said they hadn’t left yet. I called 5 minutes after my taxi was supposed to arrive as the app still hadn’t said i had been assigned a driver etc, operator took 5 minutes to answer, and said “they’ll be with you soon”. I didn’t want to risk missing my train, so I just cancelled and booked an Uber which was with me within 5 minutes.
