Theaters don’t load on “Theater” tab

My theater doesn’t appear when searching in theater tab (Columbia, MD Snowden)

Doesn’t allow you to integrate Loyalty Card … so online / app purchases don’t count towards your Loyalty points. 

Why have the app?!?!
