Every time I go into it, I have to save my local theater to be taken to the movie choices. And when you book a movie, I have to put my credit card info in each time. The last knock is the sound….WAY too much! Louder isn’t always better. The Atmos theatre is almost sensory overload and if you are in theatre 2, you can’t enjoy your movie for all the rumbling next door. You took over Regal and promised stuff but I can’t even look up movie times because it’s not in your app. Way to go. Like apps designed and developed 10 years ago. All kinds of functionality is missing. You should be able to choose any seats your party wants. I shouldn’t have to choose to be next to another party if I don’t want to. Not to mention the app which is very user friendly and easy to buy tickets with. 10/10 ### 5/5 — My Personal Favorite Movie Theater *2023-06-26, version 5.09.5* I’ve lost count on how many movies I’ve seen at the Phoenix Northtowne Theatre. Getting my tickets at the counter is okay but reserving a seat ahead of time through the app makes it so much easier. Until the other movie theaters around me steps up their game Phoenix Northtowne Theatres is the only movie theater I’ll go to to watch my movies, eat my snacks, and enjoy their recline, heated seats. ### 5/5 — IDK what these other reviews are on about *2020-01-12, version 5.04.800* the apps looks great ### 4/5 — Good app for a great theater *2026-02-13, version 5.0.13.401* App is functional enough, but it is mildly annoying that I have to enter my payment info every time. The current process is cumbersome and buggy. I just tried to by two tickets and could not, got a random error before I was even prompted for the credit card. I had to quit the app and go back, only to find the seats I wanted locked since the previous error.
