## What is Phone by PracticPro?

Stay connected to your business on the go. Phone by PracticPro brings your PracticPro phone calls and text messages to your device in real time — so you and your team never miss a client, wherever you are.

Everything stays synced with your PracticPro CRM: every call and text is captured automatically, and your contacts and full conversation history live in one place.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Get your business calls and texts on your device in real time — make and take them on your company number.
• Never miss a client — full-screen incoming calls, plus missed-call, voicemail, and new-message notifications.
• See who’s calling, with names from your PracticPro CRM contacts.
• Every call and text is logged to your CRM automatically — your whole history, always in sync.
• Keep your personal number private; clients only ever see your business number.

Built for teams: calls and texts tie to your shared PracticPro numbers, so the right person picks up and nothing slips through the cracks.

REQUIRES A PRACTICPRO ACCOUNT — for existing PracticPro customers. Visit https://practicpro.com to learn more.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.0.9 — 2026-08-11

Reliability and polish:

• Opening the app while a call is still ringing no longer shows an in-progress call screen.
• The app no longer shows a "reconnecting" notice while it is simply reconnecting in the background — it now appears only if the connection is genuinely down.
• Fixed a rare case where the call list could keep loading after signing in for the first time.
• The app version is now shown at the bottom of Settings.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-08-05

Talk from your cell: choose whether calls ring in the app or on your own cell phone, and set the number to use. Plus reliability fixes for incoming calls and call answering.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-08-01

No release notes.
