If you need further assistance, please contact our support team. ### 1/5 — Paid for app and it won’t load on my iPhone 14 Pro. *2024-07-27* Have tried to load the app time and again and it hangs on startup. I have restarted the phone and that didn’t help. This is the only app on my phone that hangs on startup. I even tried to send a message directly via a popup menu that appears when you hold down the icon and instead of opening up a new email, it opened the app and of course, it hung again. This is a piece of software sadly in need of a bug fix. Until then, it is useless. **Developer response:** I apologize for the issue. I appreciate your feedback so I can correct the problem. It checks with the user first to approve whether photos are to be deleted after cleaning and is easy to understand, displaying the photos in it’s categories such as screenshots or similar photos etc. which helps the user swiftly manoeuvre as well as have access to the photos cleaning process. There are also other helpful features this app provides such as stylish charger animations you can choose from to add on your Home Screen. Maybe there could be further more selection of other animations and themes to use as a suggestion.
