Works well as Intermediate
It does a decent function serving as an intermediate holding area for many of my files. It does have a peculiar behavior however of shutting down lately whenever I send a pdf from another app to it ever since the latest iOS update. But it still works. I just need to relaunch it (w/no loss of content) to continue.

Saving and locating files can be difficult
As per my title above, on my iPhone 12 I struggle at Times locating files after I’ve saved them, and also when I’m trying to attach them to an email. It could also do with some upgrades to processes such as moving and renaming files

Seems cool but add 3 more features and it’ll be cooler
I’ve got this app to see if I can use it as a media/music player. It does exactly that and I love it. However when you look at the playlist it’ll not have the cover album on the icons, nor when your using the music player.
The last feature that would be amazing is to implement this music player for mp4 (or just video format) as well.

Great way to transfer files
One alternative way of transferring files in/out of iOS devices.
Happy with purchase of app, but..
What would make Phone Drive perfect is the addition of two buttons that would allow thee user to skip audio playback ahead by 30 seconds, and reverse by 15 seconds. Your app has many advanced features.. I’m shocked it doesn’t have this basic one that all good players have. I’m sure you’ll add it eventually and when you do I’ll change my rating 5 stars.

Garbage
I had the free app before and it worked perfectly fine. Now that I purchased the app it doesn’t work. I’ve tried several times using transferring photos using Wi-Fi between my iPhone and laptop- it doesn’t work period! My rating may change but don’t waste your money until they have the kinks worked out.

And of course , the app makes you do the purchase , and after can figure it out, it won’t even work!!!
long time users have to pay double
Ive been using this app for more than 2 years now, I paid for the premium version at the time and it was a one time payment. Now the apps media player is awful for free because they changed their app and I refuse to pay for the new subscription model when I paid for it 2 years ago full price and now the features that i paid for were taken from it.

Good app but upgrade banner annoying
After buying the “ad free” update, it is incredibly annoying to have a bright green advert to ‘go premium’ splattered on the screen.
Remove this to the settings section and the app will be five stars all the way.
If you click on the ‘go premium’ button, the page offers a ‘no thanks’ option but then totally ignores this choice by continuing to force the green upgrade advert in your face.
Also, why put the iCloud behind a paywall?
Refund time as this is all too frustrating.

Payment is required to upload files now
I’ve used Phone Drive for a while and now you have to pay to upload files. I recommend switching to Air Transfer. I think you get to upload unlimited files on AT…not 100% however.
New update absolutely broke this app
This app was perfect. But ever since the new update it’s basically broken. I can’t import files, and it doesn’t even ask for a password when I come back. Very disappointed.

With the new update, you can no longer use any transfer features for free. They’ve essentially paywalled the app. Deleting the app!
