## What is Phone Paddle?

Decide in advance when it is time to put your phone down.

Phone Paddle is a self-control tool built on Apple’s Screen Time framework. Create separate commitments for bedtime, work, study, or family time. Name each one, choose weekdays and times, and select the apps, categories, or websites to restrict. When the schedule begins, iPhone applies the restrictions automatically.

• Custom schedules: give each commitment its own name, weekdays, start time, and end time
• Precise blocking lists: choose apps, categories, and websites separately for each commitment
• Seven-day trends: review changes in restricted-app usage directly on your iPhone
• Streak rewards: keep your commitments for 7 consecutive days to earn an extra exemption
• Clear exemption rules: receive 4 standard exemptions each calendar month; when they run out, restrictions stay active without triggering a purchase
• Public holidays: optionally pause scheduled restrictions on public holidays

Privacy
Your schedules, restriction selections, and commitment history stay on your device and in the app’s shared App Group. Phone Paddle has no account system, advertising, analytics, or tracking.

Phone Paddle Pro
A monthly auto-renewable subscription unlocks up to 8 independent commitments. The App Store shows the actual local price. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings and restore purchases inside the app.
