I got it to replace Skype and paid around 100 dollars for a lifetime membership but the app has bad bugs. it drops call very often and when you are overseas and waiting on hold to pay a bill or for cust. service it’s super frustrating. also you cannot send text messages!! only recieve unless you are a business. I don’t recommend it and advise finding a better alternative. I filled out my form, waited months, then it just disappeared as if I'd never submitted it. The company was zero help when I reached out about this. In fact, they were rude. BIG mistake…even though I requested a refund 8 days after paying in full, they refused it. They won’t even switch me to monthly for a partial refund. While it may receive some SMS messages, it does not reliably support two-factor authentication, especially for banking and other secure services. When I requested a refund due to these limitations, it was denied. The response focused on technical details rather than the fact that the service did not meet the expectations set by the advertising. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this app for important or security-sensitive purposes.
