And it’s free! *2026-05-30* After years of struggling to be productive due to my debilitating phone addiction and trying several different screen time limiting apps, none of them worked, or none of them were worth the price. However, with PhoneLockAI I’ve finally regained a grasp back of my life! Whoever Kedaar Chakankar is, this genius created an App that forces you to take accountability and use your time mindfully. This app allows you to set yourself daily goals and reminders, as well as block any app you want, with a daily timer of allowed use. I personally selected all social media apps for an hour a day. If you need to go over the time, however, you can, but you lose your daily streak motivating you to use your time wisely! In day to day use, whenever I want to use a social media App I need to take the time to ask the AI chatbot WHY I went to unlock the apps, and for how long. This allows me to be very careful not to lose valuable time browsing when I did not intend to by mindfully giving myself a time limit, and giving myself a specific reason to unlock. The Chatbot also reminds you of your incomplete goals in the day to push you into completing those instead of unlocking your phone. These added steps to unlock your phone and the required intent behind it make you reconsider IF you should even unlock your phone, and WHY you would. This has dramatically lowered my phone usage and already in about a week of use I’ve gotten out of a slump of unproductivity. In the onboarding I learned I could lose 30+ years of my life on my phone. God bless Mr. Chakankar for giving me my life back. I bet he’s super muscular and lean and can bench 1.5x times his body weight. ## Frequently asked questions about PhoneLockAI ### How does PhoneLockAI help reduce screen time?
