## What is PhoneScore?

Buying a second-hand phone without knowing its history is a gamble. PhoneScore gives you the official information tied to the device, in seconds, before you pay.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Enter the phone's IMEI, or scan it with your camera
2. Get a clear, easy-to-read report
3. Decide with full knowledge

WHAT THE REPORT TELLS YOU
• The real model, storage and colour — useful when the seller claims otherwise
• Warranty status
• Blacklist status: device reported lost or stolen
• iCloud lock (Find My iPhone), which makes a device unusable without the owner's password
• Carrier lock (SIM-lock)
• History: refurbished, replaced or demo unit

EVERY REPORT TELLS YOU WHAT TO DO
Not just raw data: PhoneScore tells you which checks to run on the device itself before closing the deal.

FOR RESELLERS
A dedicated mode to check your stock before putting it up for sale, and to show your customers that your devices have been verified.

SHARE YOUR REPORTS
Send the report to the seller or the buyer on WhatsApp. A trust argument that helps close a sale.

HISTORY
Find all your past checks inside the app.

IMPORTANT
An IMEI report is a valuable indicator, not an absolute guarantee. The information comes from third-party databases that may be incomplete. Always inspect the device physically before buying — PhoneScore shows you how.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-05

New: the app is now available in Arabic and Spanish, in addition to French and English.

Redesigned verification report: blocking issues are now shown first with their source and the time they were checked, and a line at the top reminds you what the report doesn't cover (physical condition, battery, proof of purchase).

New: notifications to remind you to re-check an old report.

History: filter your checks by verdict (Danger / Caution / Safe).

Resellers can now add a logo to their shop, see their coin balance from the profile screen, and track tied-up capital and projected margin on their stock.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-08-18

This update fixes several issues reported since launch.

• Reseller mode: activation after buying the Reseller Pack works again.
• History: device names now display readably, instead of the data provider's raw format.
• Stock: large amounts no longer overflow their frame.
• Redesigned Profile screen, showing the end date of your reseller access.
• An animation now accompanies the wait during a check.

Thanks to everyone who reported these issues.
