## What is PhoneSwap?

Move everything to your new iPhone in minutes — without iCloud, without an account, without giving your data to anyone. iOS Transfer pairs your old and new phones over local Wi-Fi and copies what you choose, peer-to-peer, then disappears.

HOW PAIRING WORKS
1. Open iOS Transfer on the old phone, tap Send Data — a QR code and 6-digit PIN appear
2. Open it on the new phone, tap Receive Data — point the camera at the QR or type the PIN
3. Pick the data types you want to move
4. Hit Continue — both phones do the rest

Cross-platform: a moving Android phone? Open the QR's Wi-Fi URL in any Android browser to receive files.
