Two years ago, this service was wonderful and super high quality. Now it’s no better than free solutions. All the instruments become silent where vocals would be (the lack of this is what used to set PhobicMind apart from the free competition). As if it couldn’t get worse, it DE-SYNCS the instruments so the song doesn’t even play right. For example, the drums will be a few milliseconds off their normal position, and it will ruin the song. And you can’t even download the finished files. And you have to wait in a queue just to do something which is instant in superior apps like VocalExtractor. It’s a shame, and I won’t be giving this company a dollar more until it’s fixed.

Firstly, I like how you can get the vocals only and other things. It needs to be cleaner and NOT SAMPLES, if we needed the whole song WE NEED THE WHOLE SONG.
