The app description technically says this, but it wasn’t immediately clear to me. You need to track down the “agent” that runs on whatever the amplifier is hooked up to. This app connects to that agent (unlike others using serial over TCP). Very responsive. Doesn’t seem to lose status at all! Wish there were more options to install the agent (one star removed - agent needs to be root!) but otherwise no complaints.
