I then synced the phone app to my watch app and it worked fine. However I didn’t realize that the photos don’t actually show as your default watch face - you have to keep the app open & running on your watch, and the app running on your phone, and then you can see your photos on your watch (with a clock added in the corner). Kinda weird, not a fan. I initially added about 20 pictures to the album and downloaded them onto my Fitbit. It kept reverting back to the default images. After going to their website and reading the FAQs I figured out the problem was too many photos. It’s ideal to have about 5 to 10 in the album and to follow the instructions! However, I have a Fitbit Versa and if you watch the video and follow the steps, it is very easy. I had no trouble at all and it took me about 5 minuets to complete. The only thing I wish was different would be to be able to move the actual digital clock around instead of it having to be at the top right corner of the scree. My guess is that some folks are not reading instructions. I learned it very easily without watching the video. That alone should show that the app is intuitive and well-done. Transfers are actually much faster than I anticipated. FYI: if you wish to remove the default pics from the que, you need to manually remove them from the que list within the app. This is done by cycling to the picture you wish to remove, and click the “x” in the top right of the screen. The only reason I didn’t give it the 5 it probably deserves is that I am picky about the data I would like displayed and how it is displayed. Having greater control of the color and placement of the time display would be nice (though for the default they did as good as as one could reasonably do).
