Ever since fotor has changed their app I have been on a lookout for a good collage app that’s intuitive to use and fast. This one is not it. Too much waiting for ads to end, then when you add photos it freezes. Can’t replace photos either. Have to start collage anew. Waste of time

Día 10 de enero me habéis contestado a mi reseña.Es inaceptable que sigan repitiendo lo mismo sin tomar en cuenta que en mi aplicación no aparece la opción para darme de baja en ajustes , tal como ya mencioné. Me indicaron que escribiera a un correo electrónico, lo cual hice, pero no he recibido NINGUNA respuesta. Esta falta de atención al cliente y la indiferencia ante el problema solo demuestra que no se preocupan por resolverlo. Estoy harto de recibir respuestas automáticas y excusas. Exijo una solución REAL y que se respeten mis derechos como usuario ya mismo! . Este tipo de servicio es una total estafa. Seguís cobrándome. No uso vuestra aplicación!
