Cannot re arrange photos and cannot put the hole photo in the box without a blank space

**Developer response:** Tap, hold and drag your photos to the desired cell. Also, tap the “?” button at the top of the screen for some instruction videos.

This was such a good app when it first launched. No update on frames and do not like pictures in frames
