Seems really easy just bring up photo from gallery click restore but has not worked for an hour now since buying, have message “Oppps service not available at moment. Try again later. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I paid for this app, and everything was working great. Then it stopped working. I deleted, and reinstalled the app. Still nothing. I don’t know why it stopped working, and feel cheated out of my money.

This app does not even come close to colorizing a photo as compared to others. Not worth it.

**Developer response:** Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. Colorization is performed by AI, it can't bring the original colors back but it will try to guess the colors based on the details of the photo. If you can use more sharp photos with clear details, it will colorize better. If you want me to work on your photo you can always send it to me for further colorization ozgurapps@gmail.com for free.

It’s using free app included here on deepai.org
i check both and getting absolutely same results for same pis. 
Soon i will argue and start settlement for refund and stop selling this app here.

**Developer response:** This is mobile application, that's a website. It's your choice what to use. I offer auto cropping, auto photo detection and sliding functionality. And I put effort to write, design and localize application as a solo developer. I wish you were more thoughtful while writing this is a scam. I develop app continuously and you can ask more features and I add them. If you don't like it you can get refund from Apple anytime.

When it comes to the edges and finding the skin, it misses the mark to crop out. I wish there is an ability to select the skin or non skin after the edit to be more flexible

Every photo seems to pull to much red

**Developer response:** Colorization is done using AI. We don’t have much control over that process but if you can provide high quality, more details photos, it can colorize better.

The app will not let me download my scan unless I Colorize it first and I don’t need to colorize everything. Is this normal?
