Been using for years now and across several phones. Used to be good but reviewing now as it’s getting worse.

Used to be good, 25 photos at a time, unlimited compressions and offered a one time purchase (which from other reviews looks like it didn’t actually get rid of the ads.) But seems to have gotten a lot greedier or needier. No longer has a one off purchase to stop ads or increase limit as options in the app itself. In-App Purchases tab on app store mention it but can’t see where the option is in the app. 

First the 25 photos became 15 then 10 but were still unlimited, you just had to do smaller batches. Now there’s a limit of 10 compressions a day. so a maximum of 100 photos a day, That is if you use all 10 photos in each compression. If you do one photo at a time that’s all 10 gone. For me i use it a lot in large batches but cannot anymore because of this. Most likely this came in the update under bug fixes and improvements without stating the new limitations.

A shame because this used to be a great app and small enough to always keep but I guess the need for money got too much. 2 stars only because it used to be good

사진의 원래 날짜 유지되는 것은 좋은데 현지 시간 기준 사라지고 현재 시간 기준으로 변경되어 사진 사이즈 변경 후 현지 시간 기준으로 변경해야 하는 귀찮음 있군요. 
  
카메라 정보 사라지는 것은 어쉽군요. 
위치 정보 유지되는 것은 모르겠군요.

압축 사이트와 대비해 사진을 다시 갤러리나 폴더에 다운받아야 하는 불편함이 없고(갤러리 자동 저장), 속도도 빨라요! 광고도 바로 스킵 가능한 것만 나와서 조와요

Ich schreibe sehr selten Rezensionen, aber die App ist ideal, so wie sie die Fotos komprimieren soll, kommt sie mit 4 Mb Platz auf dem iPhone aus, weniger als ein Foto auf dem iPhone als Speicherplatz beanspruchen würde. Die App macht genau was sie verspricht, man kann kostenlos 15 Bilder auf einmal komprimieren lassen, dann 5 Sekunden Werbung anschauen und direkt die nächsten 15 Bilder komprimieren lassen, gleichzeitig wird auch das Löschen der Originale als Option angezeigt, alles in allem sehr praktisch, vor allem wenn man mit größeren Bilddateien des iPhones arbeitet.

いくつか圧縮アプリはありますが、下記が揃っているので良いかと。
1.写真を複数選択して一度に圧縮（最大で1/10程度になる）
2.圧縮前の画像を削除済み画像に移動
3.画像のメタデータは保持（他のアプリでは、保持する選択をしていても消えてしまうものもあった）

無料版では一度に処理できるのは15枚まで。
また処理後に広告あり。
大量にあるので課金するも考える…

Both photos and videos can be compressed with control so easily.  It has made sending large files possible and I fully recommend it.  I think it is a good idea to duplicate the original if for some reason you will need the larger higher rez version.

今までは圧縮済が圧縮前のと並んでて分かりやすかったし、選択した順番に保存されてたのに順番がバラバラになっちゃって最悪です

**Developer response:** iOSの写真アプリで簡単に並び順を変更できます。写真を表示しているときに、左下の上下に矢印があるアイコンをタップしてください。そこで撮影日順や追加日順で並び替えることができます。撮影日順を選ぶと、写真は撮影された元の順番で表示されます。

また、アプリは圧縮された写真を自動でアプリ名のアルバムに保存します。そのアルバム内でも、同じように左下のアイコンから撮影日順に並び替えることで、元の順番で写真を見ることができます。

J’ai voulu compresser une simple photo, je n’ai pas été prévenue que j’allais être prélevée d’une somme énorme pour une simple photo de plus de 4 euros + le sms j’avais cliqué sur le lien de téléchargement comme une imbécile et le pire est que je n’arrive même pas à télécharger ma petite photo. C’est une arnaque…

Paid for the subscription because I will occasionally need fast and easy photo compression for client requests on the go. This app will not recognize any new images after the date of install despite having photo album access granted. Very annoying for a “premium” product.

안녕하세요 어제 이 어플을 깔고 사용해봤는데 프리미엄버전으로 업그레이드 해도 사진을 많이 선택한 후 압축을 진행하면 어플이 그냥 꺼져버립니다.. 따라서 돈은 돈대로 쓰고 압축도 못하고 있네요.. 이런 경우 환불이 될까요 너무 불편하고 사용도 제대로 못했네요 하

I’ve been using this app from early days and I love how it’s evolved with small improvements throughout.

Recently, I had an issue where the compressed pic was nearly the same size or larger than the original. The developer reached out to me and he fixed the issue right away updating the app from 3.1 to 3.1.1.

“In version 3.1 of the Photo Compressor app, following the recent update, this type of image with your specific slider settings caused an issue.”

Updates and improvements are regular,  so clearly the developer is invested in making this app the best on the market 
AND IT REALLY IS!

Toll wäre auch noch, wenn man beide Apps, also den Video Komprimierer im Bundle günstiger erwerben könnte.

On the iPhone 17 with iOS 26, this app fails to delete the original photo. I didn’t encounter this issue on the iPhone 16 with the previous iOS version.
