I've tried an iPhone 6+ and a 5s. Neither will connect with the docking station or the side USB port. Like other reviewers report the location access is always reset so you cannot work on a collage... I guess that doesn't matter since it won't print anything anyway. Customer service agreed with me that this thing is just a paper weight that I might as well throw out. Nice! ### 1/5 — Basic functions fail *2015-02-18* The whole cube is fairly useless if the thing won't recognize your iPhone 5 or 6, which is the case. Plus, you can't print what you want to print. Some functions require enabling location services, but both devices I've tried to use automatically kick off the location services of the app. Garbage. Wish I could return the product. ### 1/5 — Failure *2014-12-14, version 3.85* Although photo cube advance claims to work with iPhone five and up, it doesn't work with iPhone six. Whether I doc my iPhone to the actual photo cube, ward connected using the USB cord, the connection fails. ### 1/5 — Piece of crap! *2014-10-26* Stalls, paper jams, doesn't print completely, color prints out yellow... No on/off switch, need to "unplug" to restart... All in all, it's a piece of crap! Don't waste your money!!! This product do not deserve any star... No matter how many times u bring up the pic it turns off. U have been able to print 1 pic in the last hour that I have been messing with it. On second attempt device wanted to update. Allowed but after 45 min no change. Third attempt to print no change. Had hopes for use in business and personal but never got to function. Had plenty of time to download my personal info. Hope I don't regret buying this product. ### 1/5 — This app is essentially useless *2014-01-13* Incredibly bad. This app does not need to have any bells and whistles (it doesn't anyways) to receive a positive rating, but you would think you would be able to select the portion it chooses to print. Unfortunately this is not the case, and it automatically crops the picture. It usually succeeds in cropping out the main portion of the picture. I have been able to print 2 pictures from my phone. If this were fixed it would be at least 4 stars! ### 1/5 — Crash crash crash *2013-09-14, version 3.66* Is anyone else experiencing crashing of this app??? I can open it, choose the pictures, but then it shuts down!!! Worked for a little while but it constantly malfunctions. The app cancels me out 80% of the time when I’m trying to print a photo. Not worth the money or frustration. Worked well enough for a few moths after that it has been a real pain. Keeps prompting me to reconnect cord, not reading phone . Thought it was a defective cube . Purchased another .... SAME THING !!!! Prints sometimes them just plain out stops working!! Don’t waste the money.
