I found the photo restore app to be an absolute waste of money. It failed to improve the quality of my photos, i fact they turned more blurry after using the app. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for effective photo restoration.

I selected a photo that had some cracks in it, then I get a message my photo is fixed and without me seeing it you want me to pay you. 

Your app is being deleted I don’t fall for scams at all. So keep your so call fixing app.

All my old pictures looked exactly the same before and after. Rip off

Rip off. Doesn’t do anything it’s supposed to do and pics are totally misleading.  Apple shouldn’t allow them to sell this app

Have to pay to use any of it. :( 
It said 3.99 and I got charged 5.99. 
All the other things you can also do doesn’t work either. 
The images stay the same.
