Photo Media Booth is a fully functioning commercial social media photo booth for event professionals. Simple to use & set up, the app allows users to take photos, animated GIFs or burst gifs. Apply the pre defined filter options and share instantly to Facebook, twitter, instagram ready mail, imessage, airdrop or via email straight from the app. The app also allows photos to save automatically to dropbox, the device or both. The operator can set the booth up from the choice of pre-defined layout styles including 4 photos, photo strip, single shot or GIF modes and apply background and overlay images Graphics either locally or via dropbox sync. The app colour scheme can be set in the menu with the ability to change the countdown timings and other functionality within the menu. Sharing requires the internet access but the option for the app to save directly to the device is also built in to ensure even if your venue has no internet connection the photos and memories are not lost. Designed to be used with your iPad in portrait orientation utilising the front or rear facing camera. Other features within the app include the option to print your photos via AirPrint, customisable on-screen disclaimer, auto reload of app when used in guided access for unattended use and the ability for settings to be pre-saved to dropbox and loaded as required. After purchasing the top paid version again the watermarks have not been removed for some reason and the app keeps telling me to purchase it again to open the features despite the fact I have just paid for it £89. I’m sure this is probably an isolated case however seller doesn’t respond to messages. I am awaiting a refund. ### 2/5 — Was a fan but..... *2021-09-11, version 6.10.1* I did a 5* review on this in the past but have to change it now. the app has too many bugs for me to have any trust that there won’t be issues at events 2 weeks running 2 different bugs. Week 1.. was doing gifs, had the overlay set all working fine, then mid event I noticed the images coming to my Dropbox were squashed, the layout changed by itself from portrait to square. Week 2 ... had split screen (video & photo) setup non attended event. All tests done before drop off. Photos ok but each video recorded with no sound. Tested again today after restarting app sound is ok. The support used to be fantastic on their Facebook group but that seems to have stopped too. I am not normally one for leaving negative reviews as I prefer to sort things out with developers but i have no choice now as getting no response to issues. If you are thinking of purchasing this app I would really think hard about it, it has cost me more in refunding events than the price of the app multiple times. ### 5/5 — Great Photo Booth App I Love It *2018-10-26, version 5.0* Great app with loadsa updates and continued development to improve. I think it’s worth if you add more filters or include an option to add this filters by downloading them. Also, having a separate charge for branding and rebranding I think it’s already too much for such a basic app. For this money and less features I better use my iPad’s camera... or, I can pay to someone this money to develop an app like this. ### 5/5 — Photo Media Booth *2018-02-10* This app is one of the Best out there.
