## What is Photo Organizer?

Your camera roll has thousands of photos. Finding meaningful photos, quickly, is almost impossible. Waypost turns that photo pile into a timeline of events and a map of where you've been — built automatically from the photos you already have, kept on your phone with automatic backups to your own iCloud Drive.

HOW IT STARTS
Waypost scans your photo library on first launch and groups photos into events — trips, weekends, special occasions — without changing your photo library. From there you can rename, merge, or split events in Waypost. New events are created automatically as you take new photos and videos. Optionally, Waypost can borrow names from your calendar (read on-device, never uploaded) to label events for you.

FOUR WAYS TO FIND YOUR PHOTOS QUICKLY
Timeline. A chronological list of every event with cover photos. Tap to see all photos and videos from the event.
Pin Map. A rotatable, zoomable globe with every trip pinned. Choose your view style; open event photos from the map too.
Animated Travel. The same globe, but it plays back your trips — a world tour that flies pin to pin, or one that traces your travel in order. You can even share animations via a link — recipients watch without installing Waypost. Only the geographic points you choose are sent; no photos, no names, no dates.
Passport. Earn a stamp for each country you've visited, in a paged passport book. Stamps issue automatically; tap any to see its photos.

ACROSS YOUR DEVICES
Your events, names, and edits sync across your iPhone and iPad automatically — through your own private iCloud. No account, no Waypost server.

ON YOUR HOME SCREEN
Home Screen widgets you can customize: a Pin Map by continent, a summary of your travel and photo stats, and On This Day showing your favorite photo from a past event on this date.

MERGE TRIP PHOTOS WITH THE PEOPLE YOU ADVENTURED WITH
You took a trip with friends. Everyone has different photos. Pick the photos you want to share, export them as a .waypost file, and send it to whoever was there — their import merges everyone's photos into one shared trip record, with duplicate photos flagged automatically. No account, no upload, no "shared album" setup — just a file via AirDrop, Messages, email, WhatsApp, whatever.

Waypost is free to use. Premium unlocks with a 14-day free trial — when it ends, keep Waypost Premium (monthly, annual, or one-time) or return to the free features. Loyal users can also earn an extra 3 months of Premium, free.

PRIVACY
Private by design. Your photos, events, places, and shared bundles stay on your own devices. No Waypost server holds your data. No third-party services touch your photos, events, or locations. No tracking, no analytics, no ads.

Two exceptions: your library backs up and syncs across your own devices through your iCloud (Apple's cloud, your account) whenever you're signed in — never a Waypost server — and your subscription state goes to our payment processor (RevenueCat) so purchases work on a new device.

Waypost doesn't ask iOS for your real-time location. It uses GPS already in your photos, and you set home and recurring places by hand during setup. Sharing a .waypost is sending a file, not posting to a service.
