This is a lie. The store will not honor it, the corporate line will not honor it and will not refund you. When you email this company’s customer service they don’t answer you. I ended up paying $98 for something that the actual cvs app would have charged me less than half of that. I didn’t even realize this wasn’t cvs affiliated until it was too late. This is misleading and a bummer. ### 1/5 — No Way to Contact Support *2026-08-31, version 9.1.5* This app advertises 1 hour photo pickups, but there is no way to contact support in any timely manner. I arrived to pick up my photos just to learn that the CVS store had a broken machine for days and had tried to reject all orders. The store told me to call cvs support, but they do not have any insight into orders made from this app. The only way to contact support is to send an email to an account that doesn't seem to be monitored. I had to pay for a new order in order to get my photos in time, and this app requires a deposit that I still have not gotten back for the first order. I chose the option home delivery, instead of picking it up at CVS, due to my schedule. When i finally received my pictures, they weren’t mine. So, i couldn’t find the customer support number, but i found there email, so i emailed them, they barely explained what I should about it. They want me to send back the wrong pictures, and I have to pay more money to ship them it back, but they never told me where my pictures are. Also, the CVS manager isn’t helping at all, and has no clue about home delivery photo option, in the quick print app. Why do we have this option if no one can help if there is a problem? ### 1/5 — Don’t use this app it’s a scam *2026-08-27, version 9.1.3* They charged me a fee for no reason. The email confirmation said I would need to pay $0.42 when picking up at the store (which I did cuz I didn’t want to give the CVS worker a hard time and needed my picture) When emailing them requesting why I had to pay twice, They have not responded. It’s only $1 but it’s the principle. Now I have to find another app to print pictures ### 1/5 — Kiosk not working *2026-08-20, version 9.1.3* Got an email that my order was confirmed. Arrived and the gentleman there was not helpful. He said they came and replaced kiosk equipment and some photos never printed. Asked if I could give an order number and have him remedy the situation and he didn’t seem to understand or know what to do. Now the app wants me to submit a deposit before I can place the order.
