I purchased it for recovering photo on iPad. When I use the app it just gives a link to a web page. Nothing else. There is no option to scan and recover from iPad on the iPad app. Don’t buy.

Meine erste Rezension überhaupt und leider würde ich das Produkt als Scam bezeichnen. 

Es geht in der Beschreibung aus keiner Weise hervor, dass man zur Sicherung bzw. Wiederherstellung der Daten des iPhones einen Computer zu Hand haben muss, mit welchem man das Handy verbinden muss. Durch ein Missgeschick sind mir im Urlaub Bilder abhanden gekommen und ich dachte, es schnell versuchen zu können diese zu retten. App installiert mit einer „Eintages-Variante“, man muss einen Link klicken, der eine Anleitung öffnet. Hier stellt sich dann heraus, dass die App nicht eigenständig arbeitet und man einen Computer benötigt. Diesen habe ich jedoch nicht zur Hand, da ich mich im Urlaub befinde. 

Daraufhin habe ich meine Situation dem Kundenservice erläutert, mit der Bitte und dem Hinweis, dass nicht hervorgeht das man einen Computer benötigt, um die Anwendung auszuführen und ich das Produkt mit diesem Wissen natürlich erst nach meinem Urlaub erworben hätte und ob wir hier eine adäquate Lösung finden können. 
Als einzige Antwort erhielt ich, dass die Zeit (24 Stunden) direkt nach dem Kauf beginnt. 
Danke dafür. Schade ums schöne Geld.

「Data Recovery - 1 Day」を購入しましたが、結論から言うと使用できませんでした。

注文後に発行された登録コードを正しく入力しても  
・「invalid registration」エラー  
・ネットワークエラー  
が表示され、認証が完了しません。

サポートはチャットに問い合わせてもAIの自動返信のみで、実質的な解決には至らず。  
「営業時間外なのでメールしてほしい」と案内されましたが、即時対応は受けられませんでした。

また、PCソフトのダウンロードを外部サイト（pockettechshare.com）経由で案内される点にも不安を感じました。

同様のサービスを検討している方は、事前に十分注意することをおすすめします。

This not an App but a link to download software to a computer. The software would not connect to my iPad. After several emails to the company all I received was the same messages saying to reinstall the software. Once my 24hr license expired they will not communicate with me! Also time difference to China means only a small time window available for communaction. Apple need to look at this App, it is bad for their reputation.

Paid a lot of money, $20 USD for a day pass (thinking it was in my local currency), and I did not recover the contact I needed and deleted yesterday. It only found the same thing I already have. Pure garbage. And I paid a $20 freaking dollars
