As soon as I accidentally upgraded to the yearly plan, it felt like most of the features disappeared behind an even more expensive Pro subscription. I paid £59.99 for a year's subscription, yet I can hardly use anything without being asked to upgrade again. What's the point of paying if the majority of the useful features still aren't included? To make matters worse, I realised the purchase was a mistake and requested a refund within a day, but it was refused. I feel completely let down and don't think the app offers anything close to £59.99 worth of value.
