Took a long time to scan these and now the album won’t open!! App crashes every time. Paid for premium thinking that’s the problem and it still does not work. The icloud crashed too. Really frustrating and a waste of time. I have spent days scanning photos from various albums but now when I click on the album that contains the photos my phone freezes! Then the app closes itself out. This is after I’ve restarted my phone and made sure the app is updated. And I can’t even click settings or anything else. This is after paying to become a premium user. I scanned a photo. There were real basic tools. Too basic if you ask me. My real issue is that I could only store photo IN THE APP ITSELF! When I pushed a button to save the photo in the cloud (on my apple photos) I was asked for money. YOU HAVE TO PAY TO KEEP ANY SCANNED PHOTOS! Ridiculous! I then got a message on screen to say that I was in a 3 day trial period at the end of which unless cancelled I would be charged for a purchase . I see nothing which allows cancellation of the free subscription period .
