I want an immediate refund for purchasing this app just for it not to work !

Price to purchase subscription is freaking $29 which is fine I guess,  but the app still refuses to work after you’ve purchased the subscription.  Keeps telling you to purchase the subscription, then when you click to continue it says you’re already subscribed.  Emailed support, no answer, can’t use the app, and can’t get a refund on the thirty dollars.

tested with iphone 12 pro - the scanned photos looking like they where taken with a iPhone 4 … this can’t be taken seriously as a photo scanning app
