It doesn't work I want a refund

**Developer response:** Update : The user has confirmed that he had earlier not granted the application access to camera roll. After grating the required access to the application his issue was resolved. The user is now satisfied from the application.

Please let us know if you have granted access to the camera roll so that the application could save the compressed photos. Also, please let us know that what is not working on support@runisoft.com. We have resolved the issue of the customers who have contacted us.While emailing us, please send us the details of the settings and the photo that you are trying to compress.

### 2/5 — Confusing Size in Octets and Pixels

Beware! The App reduces the size (in pixel) not in space! You have no control on the compression level.
Maybe a translation issue and/or english is not the developper mother tongue, but those sizes are two different things!
Bad…

Just compressed 50 photos at once. It reduced each photo of size 10 mb to 2 mb. Very good and recommended due to its high performance.
