## What is Photo Splash Effects?

One of the more popular photo effects you may have seen is where a photo is converted to black and white, except for one object in the photo which is made to stand out by keeping it in color. 

Features: 
    - Search the image from the web using Google image search 
    - Grab the image online
    - Create color Effects 
    - Save the color effects photo to Photo Album. 
    
The easiest ways to achieve this effect is using this application.  You can easily create this effect using your finger.   Now you can open the image from your photo album and start to create color splash effects. Or simply grab many image directly from the web using the image search tool and start to create color effects and have fun.

This app just doesn't work. No green button. There is a tool to enlarge brush but that's all folks. Don't waste your money. This app should be struck off so no-one else gets sucked in.

I know it's not Colorsplash, but it should be.  You should be able to zoom in when coloring.  And the painting should keep up with your finger...it doesn't paint until after you remove your finger.  Lastly, you need to be able to paint with black & white....especially when you can't zoom and can't help but make mistakes that you can't fix.  I think if they put a little more work into it, it could be a great app.  But it definitely needs work.  I won't use this app again in it's current state.

Not worth the effort, the way it works is to convert to black & white, then you have to colour back in using finger motions...with no way to zoom in, it's impossible to do it accurately and even if you could, it would be very time consuming. So in conclusion, rubbish!

This app has clear promise in performing it's one and only function.  The problem is they can't get that one function right.  This app shuts down within 30 sec of starting your edit.  It is limited to the size and shape of the iPad screen for cropping and you have to crop your photo before you can change it.  After you crop your photo you can't zoom in to fine tune your work.
