Terrible processing and keeps having empty folders after taking pictures

I used this instead of lensbuddy for a 19x6 instagram story layout but it’s ridiculously laggy, it is taking 10 seconds+ to select just one photo from my favorites to download, it seems to take up exessive gig space to do anything vs the native camera, and has multiple times now not actually saved photos to the app and created folders that say *blank* amount of photos in them, but then have only one or two showing up and a corrupted or missing spots for all the rest. Also paying for the app does not seem to improve download/res quality at all even with settings for it on, which is super annoying. Res quality seems better in the app but doesn’t carry over when downloading! Needs these things addressed.
