As I recall, there didn’t used to be frames and I would like a setting which would allow the user to get rid of the frame without having to crop it out. ### 1/5 — Do not buy *2019-12-19, version 2.0* Fake app. Does not work. ### 1/5 — Disappointing *2018-08-26* The finished products just look like varied blurs rather than paintings. This app is inexpensive but I just found it very limited and only works even slightly on a very narrow range of pics and contrast/level types. I've tried using several different photos to see how they would look as paintings and I was extremely pleased with the results. This is a great app to use for fun and I could even see people using it for professional work. Overall, the app is simple to navigate and is simplistic with its layout. You have the choices of either using a picture from your library (or camera roll) or taking a picture directly through your camera. It would be nice to see some additional features within the app as well, but all in all, the app does do what it's supposed to do. I highly recommend this to literally anyone or someone who needs to see how something looks as a painting for whatever reason.
