Took money without asking

Used the app and purchased credits worked reasonably well. Didn’t use it for a few weeks and then noticed a purchase of credits from my bank. It an acc I rarely use and then seen another attempted purchase more expensive than the first one. App told me I had to go through apple to get a refund then what credits I did have vanished. Pay use the app then delete your card off your phone or better yet find an app where you won’t get robbed!
