Мало того, что приложение съело звук у всех видео (ни на одном видео нет звука), так еще и скачать фото и видео обратно не получается. Копирую в облако, а толк? Ничего в облаке не появляется. Оплатила подписку, думая, что дело в деньгах, но нет. Фото и видео теперь видимо навсегда только в этом приложении и службы поддержки в приложении нет. Замечательно просто. Это самое ужасное место, куда я могла бы отправить на хранение файлы!
