I just get a black screen with spinning wheel. The only option is delete and start over. The developer is not easy to track down. There's no easy Support access through the app. Apple doesn't even give refund as an option here! **Developer response:** When you are trying to write a bogus review, at least please open the app. The highest lifetime plan costs $29. Apple absolutely gives back refunds.
