It Needs to have access to all your files and external flash drives, etc. This only has access to your photos app, The app lacks too much functionality in its current state to be useful.

When I click on a folder it brings a completely different picture up not even in that folder.   Very strange and pointless

This works fine, but pay attention to the description.  This only reads the photos folder and you can’t open files in other locations.

I’ve been looking for a way to turn screenshots from YouTube videos into gifs. This app lets you loop photos from albums at various viewing intervals (1 to 60 seconds). 

Now I can study skate tricks frame by frame.
