You don’t have to create an account or sign up. Just create an iCloud shared album and download the app on all your devices. Then, add a photo widget to your home screen, set it to display photos from the iCloud album. As a college student, sticky notes are essential for saving math formulas, physics equations, and semester schedules. I haven’t found a sticky note app good enough, but this photo widget can replace sticky notes and do much more. The app also clearly explain why 1 minute interval may not always work. ### 1/5 — Used to work great *2025-02-14, version 2.2.0* Suspect this has to do with terrible apple photos redesign but it seems like I have to individually select pictures I want in the widget now. I can’t just pick a list (eg favorites). I can go to favorites but then I have to select pictures one by one. This defeats the purpose of using the widget to show my pictures I haven’t seen in a long time. Everything else transfers to my new phone but the images I put into this app did not transfer & the creator of the app is no help at all…just be careful when upgrading to a new phone you might have to re import the images all over again & re do everything all over again… Update: The app actually DOES NOT work, yes I contacted the creator but was no help at all, I waited for 3 day the images did not transfer over & had to redo it over again!! Be careful when trying to update it from older phones your images might not transfer over it happened to me. I don’t have a hundred photos in rotation, just a couple on each widget. There’s something authentic about it and sometimes I forget that the widgets are there and so when I swipe to those pages and see them it gives me a sense of joy.
