Got this photo we printer for a present and the app opens to a black screen ### 1/5 — App does NOT work! *2016-12-25, version 1.0.91* Downloaded this app after receiving a PhotoBee Sweet Photo printer. The app does not work. On launch you are prompted to grant access to your photo library. From there the app just crashes. Deleted the app, restarted the phone and reinstalled the app and it still does not work. Old version? ### 1/5 — Can not access printer wifi *2021-06-18* So poor, I have kept it with me for long time and now open app but can not connect the printer wifi to print some pictures. The photos aren’t super clear but I was so happy to have stickers filled with memories that I didn’t mind. It kept asking me to connect to Photobee even though it’s already connected via WiFi. Although the app is already updated, I suspect the firmware also needs to be updated. If u dont know how to use it, go buy the printer and it will tell you!! ### 2/5 — App not working *2019-09-25, version 1.1.36* The printer had been fine until the app stopped working properly. It’s been going on for months now and there’s no update. Not great when we rely on this printer for school projects. Specifically, the app keeps telling me to connect to the PhotoBee wifi to print, even though it is.
