I purchased gems to create videos. Made one it came out ok it was my error on the photo side of things I guess. I tried another it crashed now my gems are gone and the developer says they need my id which is not showing up so I’m out the money.

It was all good for the first few shots and I decided to move on for more test by paying 6 bucks for a week, and then immediately it was not working at all after subscription. Send the feedback no response at all. I am not upset at all but more disappointed. 

Good luck for your business if you guys keep doing like this.
