The app does not change to landscape mode. It is forever stuck in portrait mode. This is just another example of very poor product design and testing prior to release. An ever more common trend with software on the Apple App Store. Even in portrait mode, the screen is now very cluttered with useless borders and graphics. Without landscape mode working it makes this product, well, nearly useless. ### 4/5 — No Device Connected *2017-11-09, version 2.7.4* Okay, the flash drive does match the application but no matter what I do, it still won’t connect properly. I restarted my phone, deleted the application then installed it again, removed my bulky phone case, and still nothing. I pressed “Allow” and when I go on the application, it still says that no device is connected and that I needed to restart my phone. Is there another option or just the application itself? My device (iPhone 6) Please fix that. 👎 ### 4/5 — 🙂 A Few Suggestions *2017-10-11, version 2.7.3* The app in my opinion has been well improved and everything, but is there a way that a horizontal feature can be put in? What I mean by is that you have your phone in a horizontal position while watching a video, and when you hit the back button or back arrow to look 👀 through your collections or albums of other videos, the app doesn’t rotate itself into a vertical position while your phone is still in a horizontal position. What if the app instead could stay in a horizontal position even when your phone is still in a horizontal position. I've also noticed If I’m listening to a video in the background from the app, and I reopen the app, and then return to the home screen or lock screen, the video will stop playing, and hitting play from the lock screen or control center doesn’t resume the video. I hope there will be future updates out soon to fix this and possibly the first issue I mentioned. ### 2/5 — Love the app.... *2017-10-01, version 2.7.2* Love the app, it works fine. Just make sure owners of the flash devices upgrade their devices' firmwares. Files can be downloaded from the makers website. Usually, when your non Apple brand accessories to your iphone stops working after an IOS upgrade its the fault of the embeded codes in the new IOS with instructions to disable your non Apple brand accessories. I can tell from the other reviews that the issues must be mostly operator error because I have used this app and several others, and this is far superior to anything else on the market. Mostly a fan because all I have to do to view my usb drive is plug in, select external storage and voila! ...swiping through photos and copying my favorites to my iphone. Like I said I haven't found anything better than this app mostly because it's the only one I know that allows you to quickly swipe through photos vs viewing individually one at a time directly from the usb while most others require you to import all pics to iPhone first to do this which can use up too much internal storage ### 5/5 — Excellent *2015-10-20, version 2.5.6* Does everything it says on the box... ****tip****make sure you use a branded sd card. When I saw this product on Sam’s Club online store, I just had to give it a try. For the price, I bought a 32GB Monster Digital iX32 drive and it has done me wonders! And if you need some extra space, the app itself has storage on it. Is there anyone who can verify that this new update will continue to work with it before those of us who have it are once again locked out? Thank you to PhotoFast for allowing it to work up until now even though they and the buyers of the ipocket drive have all been scammed out of hundreds of dollars. I’m sorry for the scandal that has tarnished your reputation.
