他の方も仰っている通り、「アクセス許可」をしてくださいと表示され設定画面にいくのですが、そもそも対象のアクセス許可をする項目がありません。
たくさんの方が声を上げてて、機器が高いのもあるのに運営はなにも対策しないのですか？早くどうにかしてほしいです。

再起動しても再インストールしてもアプリがSDカードを認識しない。ipadの方ではカードを認識するので、おそらくアプリがダメだと判断し、スマホの充電口に直接挿して、面倒だけどちまちま移動することにしました。まあ大容量のカードだし、スマホに直接挿せるし……数万したけど、スマホショップの店員さんの口車に乗せられて変なオプションはつけるなっていう勉強代だと思うことにする。でも許せない

何回やってもバックアップが出来ない。エラー0516しかでない。
どうすればバックアップ出来るんだ。

当初は使えましたが、2ヶ月経ったのち「データの保存エラー」となりバックアップが取れなくなりました。しかもこのエラーを解消するためには、SD側を初期化する作業をしなければなりません。つまりこれまでバックアップしてたデータを生け贄にして、最新のものをバックアップしなければならないということです。最悪です。元も子もないです。
私がやった作業としては、
アプリの再インストールや、iPhoneの再起動をしましたが治らず、結果的に① 外付けドライブをフォーマット→2ヶ月exFAT→③OKの手順を踏んだら、エラーメッセージが消え、バックアップが取れるようになりました。

他の人も書かれているように、バックアップを取ろうとすると[設定>ONE>連絡先]で連絡先を許可してくださいと出てきますが設定画面にいっても連絡先なんて項目はないです。
このせいでずっとバックアップが取れません。
ソフトバンクで5万程して購入したのにも関わらず最悪です。
早く改善してください。

バッグアップしてる途中にアプリ落ちてまた最初からやり直しだし アプリ落ちたところまでできてると思いきや全くできてないしこれ使うメリットひとつも無い
だったら面倒くさくてもPCに入れた方がいいわ
改善しないなら詐欺と一緒でしょって感じ
