Whats New - Added Labels, Folders, Moments and Archive to the app. - You can now archive an item instead of hard deleting it. Items can then be restored or permanently deleted later!. - Added ability to share albums and favourite albums - Added Apple Intelligence features, you can enable this and then contextually search your library for "cat pics" and let Apple Intelligence find them for you!. (uses on device models only) - iMessage App, you can now share images from your library directly from iMessage! - iPad has gotten some love here, a more iPad specific design is now available! - Added options in Storage screen to allow you to control how much space offline images media uses. Improvements - Overhauled how thumbnails and asset images are loaded, these should now be much faster and snappier. You will be prompted to login again but don't worry, it's much faster now! (any major issues then try reinstalling the app but it should be ok) - Overhauled library sync to be more performant with large libraries (we've tested this against a library with 195,000 items). - Overhauled the map view to be more accurate and performant. ### 1.8 — 2026-03-02 Photoflare now supports multiple servers! * You can no add as many servers as you want to the app. View your library individually or merged! You can locally name each server too to make it easier to identify. Big changes to auto sync as well, you can now add as many auto sync rules are you like, mix and match, choose different source albums and different destination servers! The same goes for the daily auto backups, schedule as many throughout the day as you like! Also added a slideshow feature on Album view! * your library should automatically migrate to the new server settings.
