Plusieurs de mes photos ont été ratés par l’iA j’ai soumis aux équipes pour être remboursé après plusieurs semaine je ne suis toujours pas remboursé, j’ai également envoyé un mail sans réponse directement depuis l’application enfin bref à fuir c’est ni plus ni moins que du scam

**Developer response:** We’re sorry to hear this was your experience. When images don’t closely resemble you or occasionally generate visual issues, the most common cause is the AI profile setup. The quality of results depends heavily on the reference photos uploaded and how closely they follow our image guidelines. Clear, well-lit photos with varied angles and accurate details help the AI learn your appearance much more precisely.

If your results weren’t ideal, we’d be happy to help you reset your AI profile so you can upload improved photos and get better results. Also, please remember that our app includes a thumbs-down feature. If an image has quality issues, you can tap thumbs down and the credit is automatically refunded instantly. This ensures no user ever loses credits due to AI mistakes.

I paid $50 for a whole year to receive 100 credits monthly. They should have renewed by now and I have yet to receive any of my credits. I have contacted support for two weeks now and no response. I  have even reached out to Apple for help because I was scammed out of $50. DO NOT PURCHASE app does not deliver what it promises

Every subscription in our app renews automatically according to the selected billing cycle, and credits are issued based on that schedule.

makes you pay no matter what, they give you 5 credits but it doesn’t mean anything. you still have to pay.
