This presented new problems for PG and their customers. I used to love PhotoGrid, their customer service was the best. These days you receive an email back in 2-3 days with links to help you solve your problem. You might face frustration with billing, no receipts being sent, your questions about billing not being answered clearly and specifically, your being charged a wrong amount or maybe even double-charged.
