When I saved it to my phot library on my phone,’PhotoMarks’ shows up on my photo in addition to my watermark. 😠What gives? How do I get rid of your watermark??? **Developer response:** Thank you for trying PhotoMarks. You can get rid of our watermark if you upgrade to PRO. If you upgrade to PRO you will also get rid of advertising and help us further improve the app. Just close the ads and the Buy view will appear. ### 2/5 — App Crashes Before Marking *2022-06-20* Before the issue of the app shutting down while in the middle of saving I’d have given this app 5 stars. This has happened 3 times now since last Sunday (6/12) and has not gotten better. I use this app weekly for my photos and haven’t had an issue until lately and yes I even have the premium yearly subscription. No matter if I shut it down and reopen it and retry, it doesn’t fix the issue **Developer response:** Thank you for being a PhotoMarks PRO customer. We suspect that one of your images causes this crash. Can you please contact us from within the app and give us the sample image(s) that make the app to crash when processing, so we can fix this issue? When I saved it to my gallery PhotoMarks added their watermark as well. I tried to restore my original photos back to their original state but was unable. Any other free app would allow to keep the originals and ask at least if you to save as original or make a copy with the edits. I’ve tried writing emails but all they is ignore me. Ogni foto mi esce col mio logo e il lago photomarks. Come si può togliere? Non lo risulta che ci sia una versione “lite” e una a pagamento. I was hoping this would be a solution to watermarks. It has constantly been crashing every time i use it. I have the newest iPhone. I also tested it on my iPad Pro, it also crashed. You need to give PhotoMarks access to read your photos. From iOS Settings scroll down until you find PhotoMarks, then select Photos and allow access to All Photos. Please let us know if this solves your problem. ### 1/5 — Couldn’t add watermark *2021-02-07* I bought this app specifically because it mentioned the capability of being able to add a logo. I have my logo saved as a PNG with a transparent background in my photos, but the app is importing it as a full image with a white background. It was a shame to spend $5 for an app that won’t do what I need it to do. **Developer response:** Thank you for using PhotoMarks. Your image from Photos doesn't have transparency. The transparency of images from Photos can be lost with every iOS update.
