## What is Photon Solar ERP?

Photon is a complete business system for solar installation companies in Iraq — from the first customer visit to the last installment.

Sizing and quotes
• Size the system from day and night amps and night backup hours, picking the inverter, batteries and panels from your own stock.
• See the final price, the system's specs and the bill of quantities, with estimated monthly production and savings.
• Issue a PDF quote with your company's logo and share it with the customer.

Projects and site surveys
• Survey appointments with the crew for each visit — overdue, today and upcoming in one list.
• Project stages and photos, device serial numbers, warranty and maintenance.

Sales, purchases and stock
• Sales invoices in Iraqi dinars, with what is paid and what is outstanding on each.
• Purchase invoices that add their items to stock, with AI reading of the invoice photo.
• Item movements: every move in and out with its document and who entered it, exported to PDF and Excel.

Accounts and collections
• Cash safes, receipt and payment vouchers, and a statement for every customer and supplier.
• Installment plans with a receipt for every payment, and reminders for late installments.
• A home dashboard showing what needs action today, arranged the way each user wants.

Your team
• Staff accounts with role-based permissions, notifications, and an activity log of everything that happens in the company.

AI assistant
• Talk or type to the assistant: it answers from your company's data and prepares a voucher or an invoice — nothing is saved until you say yes.

Photon Market
• A marketplace for solar products and services from companies across Iraq: search, cart and chat with the store.

In Arabic, English and Kurdish, in Iraqi dinars.

Photon requires a company account. A new company registers from inside the app and is activated after review by Photon; staff join their company with its code, approved by their manager.
